RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 10 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or not in original condition. Usually it will take 2-3 working days to process the return and exchange. Customers are liable for the shipping cost for returning/exchanging the goods.  We reserve the final decision on all return and exchange. Cancellation of orders will result in 10% service charge. HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at hello@moumitadecor.online or send in your exchange/return request on our contact us page, within 10 working days from the date of mailing before mailing back the item. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the return instructions.
  2. Check that item is brand new, unworn and unwashed, with its tag intact in original packaging.
  3. Return item based on our return instructions. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our office, hence we recommend you return via a trackable mail service. Customers will bear the return shipping cost.
  4. Once we receive your return package, we will process the return within 2 working days and inform you via email.

We reserve all rights to turn down exchanges/returns that do not fulfil the stated T&Cs. Your purchase is a tacit agreement to our T&Cs.
